1. PROMOTER
1.1 This promotion is operated by TRU3DOM ("TRU3DOM" "WE" "US" OR "OUR").

2. THE PROMOTION
2.1 The promotion is a FREE PRIZE DRAW ("Promotion").
2.2 The promotion gives eligible participants the opportunity to win:
£250 CASH
ONE TRU3DOM ARCHIVE 001 T-SHIRT in the winners preferred available size, subject to stock ability.
2.3 There is ONE WINNER.
2.4 The total cash element of the prize is £250 GBP.
2.5 The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another prize or cash alternative.
2.6 The ARCHIVE 001 T-Shirt is subject to availability in the required size. If the winner's size is unavailable, TRU3DOM will offer the closest available alternative.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
3.1 The promotion opens at 13:00 on 31/08/2026.
3.2 The promotion closes at 20:00 on 04/09/2026. ("Closing date")
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
3.4 The closing date will not be extended except where this is genuinely necessary due to circumstances outside of TRU3DOM's reasonable control.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The promotion is open to residents of the UNITED KINGDOM aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of TRU3DOM and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion
4.2 Employees, immediate family members of employees, and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4.3 TRU3DOM reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of age, identity or eligibility before awarding the prize.
4.4 If an entrant is unable or unwilling to provide reasonable evidence of eligibility when requested, TRU3DOM may select another winner.
5. HOW TO ENTER
5.1 To enter, participants must:
a) follow the official TRU3DOM Instagram account - @tru3dom.apparel
b) like the official TRU3DOM giveaway post
c) share the official TRU3DOM giveaway post to your story and tag the official TRU3DOM account
5.2 NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY
5.3 Internet access and an instagram account are required.
5.4 Only entries received before the Closing Date will be considered
5.5 ONE ENTRY PER PERSON will be permitted unless the promotional post expressly states otherwise.
5.6 TRU3DOM will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unable to be processed for any technical or other reason beyond its reasonable control.
6. VALID ENTRIES
6.1 Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the instructions contained in the promotional material.
6.2 TRU3DOM reserves the right to reject entries which:
- are submitted after the closing date
- are incomplete;
- are submitted using automated systems, bots or other artificial means;
- contains unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory or inappropriate material;
- impersonate another person or;
- otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions
6.3 TRU3DOM may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion.
6.4 TRU3DOM will not retrospectively introduce new entry requirements that were not communicated when participants entered the Promotion.
7 WINNER SELECTION
7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7.2 The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer-generated selection process.
7.3 TRU3DOM will retain relevant evidence of the random selection process.
7.4 The winner will not be selected based on the number of likes, followers, attractiveness, popularity, quality of comment or any other subjective factor.
8 CONTACTING THE WINNER
8.1 The winner will be contacted by INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE using the account associated with the entry.
8.2 The winner will be contacted within 7 days following the closing date.
8.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of TRU3DOM'S first attempt to contact them.
8.4 The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
8.5 If the winner;
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within the specified period;
- is found to be ineligible or;
- does not comply with these Terms and Conditions,
- TRU3DOM reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid eligible entries
9 PRIZE DELIVERY
9.1 The £250 cash will be paid to the winner using a mutually agreed payment method.
9.2 TRU3DOM will not ask the winner to pay a fee in order to receive the prize.
9.3 The ARCHIVE 001 T-Shirt will be dispatched to a UK address provided by the verified winner.
9.4 TRU3DOM will aim to dispatch the T-Shirt within 7 days of receiving the required delivery information.
9.5 TRU3DOM is not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services after the prize has been dispatched
10 WINNER PUBLICITY
10.1 Subject to applicable law and the winner's consent where required, TRU3DOM may announce the winner's INSTAGRAM USERNAME on it's social media channels.
10.2 TRU3DOM will not publish the winner's private personal information, such as their home address, telephone number or email address.
10.3 If TRU3DOM intends to use the winner's name, image or other personal information for promotional purposes beyond announcing the winner, appropriate consent will be obtained where required.
11 INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
11.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored by, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram
11.2 By entering the Promotion, participants release Instagram from responsibility in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to TRU3DOM and not to Instagram.
12 PERSONAL DATA
12.1 TRU3DOM will process entrants' personal information only as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfil these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable UK Data-protection law.
12.2 Personal information provided by the winner will be used to verify eligibility and arrange delivery/payment of the prize.
12.3 TRU3DOM will not sell entrants' personal information to third parties.
12.4 Entrants' information will be handled in accordance with TRU3DOMS Privacy Policy.
12.5 TRU3DOM will not automatically assume entering the giveaway gives us permission to add entrants to a marketing / email list.
13 GENERAL
13.1 TRU3DOM reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend then Promotion where circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary.
13.2 Any amendment will only be made where reasonably necessary and will not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already entered.
13.3 TRU3DOM reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Promotion.
13.4 TRU3DOM's decision regarding the administration of the Promotion and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
13.5 TRU3DOM will deal with entrants fairly and will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
14 GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from or in connection with the Promotion, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
15 ACCEPTANCE
15.1 By entering the Promotion, participants confirm they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Returns Policy
We operate a strict 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for a return;
- Item/s must be unworn
- Tags must remain attached
- Item/s must be in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following:
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or resale activity.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP £. Prices may change at any time. However, this will not affect any confirmed orders.
3. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for courier delays or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
4. Limited Releases
Products may be released in limited quantities. We are not obligated to restock any item once sold out.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the item/s purchased. We are not responsible for indirect loss or delays out of our control.
